At VAG auto care services we are able to offer a competitive fitting service for many standard and performance parts, ranging from exhausts, suspension kits, hoses, gauges, intercoolers and many other items.

We are also able to fit exchange Engines Gearboxes  like the one shown below fitted to a SEAT Alhambra, turn around for these is around 3 to 4 days but is subject to parts needed.

.:Brakes

The types of fitting services we provide for Brakes are, upgraded kits such as the 312mm upgrade for Golf mk4 ibiza mk4 from 288mm setup to the fantastic 312mm setup found on the high powered S3 Audi TT V6 4Motion Golf and other VAG cars with the same levels in performance. This conversion uses same callipers as the 288mm setup except the Lucas setup on the Ibiza Polo and Fabia, larger 312mm discs carriers and pads. If your not looking to spend much and want to still upgrade we can fit replacement pads and discs of the performance variety. we even fit standard pads if that's all you need doing. Not everyone wants to improve some people just want to maintain there car at standard levels so all work will be undertaken.

.:Suspension

Full suspension fitting service is available weather you have a faulty shock absorber, broken spring or want up rated springs and shocks or coilovers fitting. we also can offer fitting of new suspension arms for customers whose suspension is a bit tired around the bushes and ball joints.

.:Exhausts

Weather you want a sportier note from your car or your exhaust has started blowing and you have not gone to an exhaust place but bought your system online and want someone to fit it that isn't bothered you didn't by it from them then we can help. Performance systems such as Milltek Blueflame and many more also fitted, from cat back systems to turbo back ones on the 1.8t and cat back and cats on the R32 and 3.2 TT

.:Intercoolers

If you are wanting An intercooler fitting the chances are your car is pushing out some power and you have spent a lot of money on buying this part, the last thing you want is another huge bill for fitting it, we can fit these for a very good price, having done lots of these before this can seem a like a huge job if you haven't done one before, so let us do it and you will also be able to see how its done, custom intercoolers might take a bit longer to fit if you have made the kit up yourself but this work will still be undertaken.

We have also just finished a conversion kit for fitting the twin side mounted intercoolers to the mk4 golf 20vt AGU engine. with no loss in  pressure and a far less restrictive flow path this is a great conversion for those not wanting to spend the best part of 650 on a front mounted kit

Items such as boost hoses, turbo intake pipes, and other engine bay pipes like coolant vac hoses all fitted. We can fit performance gauges like oil temp and boost pressure for that extra piece of mind for owners with high performance engines.
